Wow … now that I look at my last post I see it’s been a whole week since I posted last.  That seems incredible … why does time flow differently at … well … different times!?!

I mean, does time itself actually change or do we just think faster?  In the Matrix movie, they created this thing they call “bullet time”.  You know that cool effect where the bullet slows almost to a stop … but … errrr … what’s his name … the main character … mordock … or something … he keeps moving at his normal speed.
I’m the opposite.  The world spins around me and I’m like lost in a time bubble.  I kind of like it though cuz God and I spend our time chatting.  Well … I do all the talking … and He does all the listening.  I love that.  Every now and then He tells me to shut up and watch … then He does something really awesome and I just go … wow!!  wowow!  Then I go back to talking again.
Time is out of our hands.  But God has time completely under control.  70 years is like nothing to him.  At the same time, he can make a day feel like eternity.  More important than that, He can make our time fruitful … and abundant … or we can walk alone without God and our time is empty and vain and fruitless.  The measure of fruitful time is when we spend it walking with God and doing the things He has set before us to do.  Then we are the most like Jesus.   Then we will be the most blessing we can be.   Thank you, Lord, for time.  Thank you, Lord, for opportunity.  Thank you, Lord, for spending it with us!!
